Happy Independence Day!
....and the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. Oh say does that star spangled banner yet waive o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
May your 4th be blessed with time spent with family and friends as we enjoy the freedom bought for us by those who have served over the years, preserving that freedom. Thank you to all who have served and are serving! May your independence day be a grand celebration of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

You're welcome! I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July weekend. I know here in the Northeast our fireworks were put off for a day, so it continues tomorrow, too!
We decided to stay home from our fireworks display this year. A thunderstorm rolled in, but they did not cancel them. We had spent the day with in-laws at a BBQ & decided we just didn't have the energy to go back out after spending the day in 100+ degree heat
Lovely! I enjoy the 4th and especially appreciated celebrating it w/my #1 son and his girlfriend. As communities are fairly close in distance, we enjoyed two evenings of fireworks. :)
